Let me have access to her teas and coffees. She gave me helpful recommendations regarding dinner or a coffee shop nearby to work. Her place is very cozy and makes you feel quickly at home. The views from her place are so NY in the best way. The place is in a safe neighborhood, near lots of places for walking/exploring, and I felt very safe in her home/neighborhood.
